VFW Post 993

     I would have to say that being the Post Sevice Officer is one of the most rewarding positions to hold. Many Verterans are unaware of benefits and entitlements due them for their service to this great nation. Part of my job is to educate our members, and any other Veterans whoare in need, of Veterans Administration information. With the ever changing policies and congressional bills being voted on concerning Veteran benefits, it is crutial that there be someone to keep all informed. As Service Officer for the Post, that is the other part of my job. Any Veteran can come into our Post to get the information they need. Or simply go to the "VFW News" section of this website to find out more. Bottom line, having the right information will help in making the smartest decisions.
